so right now, anyone with the desired rank of fleet can take out any vehicle in the company fleet, but what i would love as a logistics company is to have each rank have its own fleet access, so something like a senior trucker has access to everything, while a junior trucker would only have access to say vans and smaller haul vehicles etc, basically making the fleet managing more intuitive and giving more control to a manager/owner over what employees can use

That is an option but id love for a middleground from just auto drive and manual, like holding speed limits but still turning the car by yourself

As it is now, i believe there is no such thing as cruise control, you have /limiter which prevents going past what limit you set, but i dont think there is such a thing as cruise control/adaptive cruise control where say you do command /cc or a keybind, it stays at the speed the road shows, and adjusts to it, it would be quite a nice QoL feature since doing trucking, shoving down the W key constantly does get a bit tiring, and in general for the commute, it could make it more realistic as there would be less jerky motions from the inherent problems with controlling a vehicle with a keyboard

so right now i have a semi truck that i cant use, but maybe add a % more pay if one owns the semi as it would not be a company vehicle, would give people who themselves have semi trucks an use, maybe even have flatbeds and other trailers available in the car lot, that way if one wanted, they could operate trailers independently and not just through a job like as a player-driven company

Im Valkyr, ive played GTA RP since VC:MP in like 2007-2008, then on MTA on owl, and when that went kapoof, i went onto GTAW, but a friend suggested this place to me and so far ive had such a fun time, love the vibes, how friendly everyone is and i can see some huge potential with how efficient devs are, personally i love myself any kind of RP, as long as i can make it into an interesting story for that character, be it just a random working class person or someone rich, the open world builds my characters, im excited to become a part of the community and cant wait to make good friends here, to a long and prosperous time!
