Change the police radar so that it does the following:

Enable or Disable - Front radar

Enable or Disable - Rear radar

Display the suspect's speed - Display your speed

(DOES NOT SHOW LICENSE PLATE - THAT'S FOR THE ALPR SYSTEM TO DO)
