SADFW was made purely to be a tiny faction to serve as Game Wardens for the introduced hunting and fishing scripts. These are things that BCSO shouldn't be responsible for.

For the visuals - it’s difficult to achieve full dirt on the car and sometimes when you repair or respawn the car. The dirt disappears.
