Add junkers to the scrapyard dealership.

With the recent addition of used special vehicles for cheaper, I believe junkers should be added as well. For example these could include sports cars, muscle cars or other rare cars that a collector would enjoy.

Implementation:

Add these cars to randomly be added to the dealership, 1-3 at a time at a significantly cheaper price. These cars should be sold as junkers and not usable cars and as such they should come as shells rather than completed cars. They should come stripped without any installed parts that are found in /workshop allowing the buyer to use this as a project car and sink money into it as they see fit.

While the cars WILL be the cheap to buy, buying the parts to make the car whole SHOULD counter the fact and it’ll make for good RP for people who’d like to have a junker to something project car.
