Add junkers to the scrapyard dealership. With the recent addition of used special vehicles for cheaper, I believe junkers should be added as well. For example these could include sports cars, muscle cars or other rare cars that a collector would enjoy. Implementation: Add these cars to randomly be added to the dealership, 1-3 at a time at a significantly cheaper price. These cars should be sold as junkers and not usable cars and as such they should come as shells rather than completed cars. They should come stripped without any installed parts that are found in /workshop allowing the buyer to use this as a project car and sink money into it as they see fit. While the cars WILL be the cheap to buy, buying the parts to make the car whole SHOULD counter the fact and it’ll make for good RP for people who’d like to have a junker to something project car.

Prepping the Elegy for a potential meet coming soon.

The concept for Highkey Stupid is a group of wild and young hooligans. The faction's main focus for roleplay will revolve around vehicles, namely cars and more specifically, street racing. Highkey Stupid's members can come from various backgrounds as long as they enjoy the LS car culture. This faction will attempt to bring life to the car scene by hosting car meets, races (both legal and illegal), the occasional takeover, and cruises. Anyone can become involved with Highkey Stupid but not everyone will be invited to join because that requires time and trust. As it stands the current illegal activities will include the following: Racing, takeovers, and chopping. While this is a short list of activities it will of course grow as the faction grows organically as new members can bring their fresh input and business ideas. Other activities that are planned as soon as Highkey Stupid reaches a certain point is: Store robberies, potentially reselling and renting out stolen vehicles.
