Saturday at 06:13 PM3 days The server needs to address the rows of properties being held with no activity in-game. Especially houses.A lack of houses to buy/rent/lease deprives new characters the opportunity to use the furnishing system, use a Halycen TV and most importantly, have a space they can call home!Without housing or business openings, my only interactions lately on the server really are getting pulled over!Properties should be SOLD back at value (minus a penalty (10%?)) to Dynasty 8 so the previous owner is not significantly disadvantaged if their inactivity is out of their control.

Although houses are available for purchase (They need to be requested through ticket on PM discord), it makes no sense to just get them and "hog" them until the server grows. We should reward the players who actually put effort to play and show even when there is not much to do +1
