The server needs to address the rows of properties being held with no activity in-game. Especially houses. A lack of houses to buy/rent/lease deprives new characters the opportunity to use the furnishing system, use a Halycen TV and most importantly, have a space they can call home! Without housing or business openings, my only interactions lately on the server really are getting pulled over! Properties should be SOLD back at value (minus a penalty (10%?)) to Dynasty 8 so the previous owner is not significantly disadvantaged if their inactivity is out of their control.

Right now the animation adjustment system uses raycast to position your player. It's very hard to use if your chair has a table in front of it. I suggest also providing the option to use arrow keys or WASD to position the player in X & Y axis similar to how you can switch between positioning options with furniture placement.
