I think PIA is a cool and unique concept, especially as someone with an undocumented character. It's something different from the usual capture and /jail loop.

Would be cool if you could zoom while taking pictures. Also would be nice to have functionality to download pictures taken using Snapmatic.

Goal is to eliminate dependency on a vehicle owner to respawn their vehicle when it's in for work. Perhaps prevent vehicles parked in a garage from ever despawning. Or, add a system that lets mechanics take temporary ownership of a car by being able to spawn/despawn vehicles ourselves.
